This website will be dedicated to helping people discover and uncover their own unique personal legacies and what messages they would like to pass onto future generations.

In keeping with that theme I would like to share just one of "my" stories. You see for years of my life I wanted to be just an "average" Joe. Why is that? Well when I was seven years of age I was like most children. I dreamed of driving truck for my Dad's trucking company and getting married to "Barble" the other 7 seven year old blonde hottie from down the street.

Then the unthinkable happened, my parents decided to move to another country to make a better life for us kids. Problem was that in the new country there was a different language and we moved from the city to the country and a one-room schoolhouse. Which is where all the fun began.

For years all I wanted to do and be is like the other kids. Fit in, wear clothes like them instead of what we could afford, I wanted to not have to work at the family business while other kids were out playing, having fun and so on.

The fact is that life moved on and I did manage to be normal and average for a while. It was only recently that I discovered that I have led a far from normal life. You see I have had 16, yes sixteen incidents in my life where I may not be here today. That definitely makes me not normal; I have outlived most cats that only have nine lives.

So here is what my legacy and message is to you. You are special; in fact there is only one of you like you in the world. Life is special, so live life every day like it is your last; laugh a lot, cry a lot, hug a lot, kiss a lot, and say I love you a lot. Know that your life is a living legacy, one that you create day by day. Use your legacy to inspire others to be the best that they can be every day. Know that you are incredible being of light and that you are loved, even when it does not feel like it to you. Know that life is special and so are you.
